Right when you think that Madison Park could be another neighborhood just like any other in Seattle, houses, no estates like this one pop up. Outside of the Madison Park bubble, most folks don't live in gated 8.295 sq. ft. Victorian-styled homes that pack in 6-beds, 7-baths, and a full-blown workout room. Most folks don't have homes in the city situated on 0.49 acres that are big enough to comfortably house an athletic court. And most folks don't install giant aquariums with purple tints in their family rooms or have nature murals painted on the walls. Then again, most folks don't have $4.995 million to spend on a private residence, not to mention any extra money they want to invest in redecorating the place so it doesn't look like the ghost of Great Aunt Mitzy is still haunting the house.
