Alaska Airlines Drama

SeaTac deputy mayor Mia Gregerson recently submitted an op-ed piece to the Seattle Times bemoaning the wages and poor compensation Alaska Airlines' ground service workers at SeaTac receive. It's one thing is the Seattle-based airline catches some flak about doling out a "poverty wage" to many of their grounds crew employees from perhaps a random, loud-mouthed social justice-seeker, but it's quite another when a "higher up" in the community unveils and admonishes an airline giant for their poor treatment of employees.
