For budgetary reasons, all Seattle Public Libraries will be closed for about a week starting August 27. But the Central District isn't having it. No siree, rather than sitting back and letting the minds of Seattleites rot from a lack of access to literature, the good people of the CD have come together to begin the "Seattle People's Library" that will lend out donated books to any interested parties.
