Capitol Hill welcomes a new multifamily construction: Julia Place Apartments -- a five-unit apartment building. With a 5-Star Built Green rating and more than affordable rent (especially considering the neighborhood), the new apartment uses green features to keep costs down, as Capitol Hill Seattle reports that the building runs on solar power and 5800 gallon rainwater tank to supply toilets, laundries, and irrigation with water to keep utility costs low.
