The Seattle City Council is working to close the loophole that allow construction of "backyard houses" on tiny lots this week. That means that these "tall skinny" houses will no longer be able to be built on lots that are smaller than 50 percent of the size of the house. But while that's a small victory for some Capitol Hill residents, others are still enraged in knowing that there are still no laws against developing aPodments in the area.
