On the market now for a little over five months, this spacious 6-bed, 5.5-bath that even sports views of Lake Washington is still on the market. While combing through the listing info and carefully perusing the photos, we were even more befuddled to find that the house looked perfectly well-kept and had even been recently pricechopped a whole $50K. Sure, neither of the two kitchens are particularly aesthetically pleasing and the carpet could use a cleaning (read: it wouldn't kill us if it were stripped and replaced), but this tri-level is hardly an eyesore. So can anyone determine why a 8,000 sq. ft. property so close to the water is only going for $1.099 million? Is there a reason that the only thing Zillow has to say about this place is that it's a "Gorgeous Laurelhurst home"? Did we miss that episode where this house was featured on "Ghost Hunters"?
