Urban Condo Spaces reported that a penthouse at 5th and Madison has just dropped on the rental market. At $7,500/month, the rent is pricey to say the least. Might it help to imagine that this could be the type of place that Don Draper might be inclined to rent out for his in-city residence? Just a thought. [UCS]
