Per the listing, this "condo" was built in 2005 and exactly replicates the original single family home. As such, we're confused as to what alterations and additions have been made to newly qualify the 2-bed, 3-bath place as a condo. Regardless, perhaps one could really relish the fact that he or she would be moving into the "top floor" of this 3-story condo in West Queen Anne, thereby rendering it a 2,150 sq. ft. penthouse that looks out onto Puget Sound. Although, we do wonder if it's worth dishing out the $1.3 million plus $500/month in HOA dues for a place that sports no additional or interesting features other than the fact that the fridge comes with an ice maker.
