Heroics of McGinn

Mayor Mike McGinn finally unleashed his budget proposal on the Seattle City Council. Like most political promises, the millions of dollars he's planning on investing for, say, improving pedestrian crossings and "upgrading transportation infrastructure" sound too good to be true. That, and he proposed setting aside $8.3 million to put away in Seattle's "Rainy day" fund. Well played, McGinn. Well played. [SLOG]
