Two different times since posting their initial sketches, Seattle's Department of Planning and Development has been taken to task for minimizing the effect of potential rezoning in South Lake Union. Rather than showing off the highest-possible buildings, relatively smaller ones were showcased in drawings. Clever girl, Department of Planning and Development. You almost got away with it.
