Complex Bringing Apartments, Fresh Produce To Columbia City

The six-story complex called "Angeline," which is planned for 1.5 acres at Rainier Avenue South and South Edmunds Street, will include anchor tenant PCC and 193 apartments according to Security Properties, who announced the development on Tuesday.

Street level will include 30,000 square feet of retail and PCC's tenth store will take up 25,000. PCC and Security Properties have previously partnered-up in Fremont at the Epicenter Apartments.
