Move over Microsoft, there's another tech company looking to make a bid at being Belleuve's home team. EBay, which currently has offices in Redmond, has just signed a "long-term lease" for three floors in One Bellevue Center at 108th Avenue NE and NE Fourth Street.
The new office could mean up to 350 new employees for the online auction house, which will now take over 53,000 square-feet of office space.
It's a big win for downtown Bellevue, which seems to be getting the ball rolling on keeping and attracting new tech firms looking to lock down offices in the area. 37% of One Bellevue Center's office space was empty six months ago, down to 21% now.
