With hotels and office spaces popping up all over Seattle and the surrounding area these days, you'd just assume that every neighborhood is a part of the boom. CHS ponders why the Pike/Pine Corridor doesn't seem to be. There are upcoming apartment, condo and retail projects a-plenty but the lack of upcoming hotel and office space projects has a lot to do with current zoning regulations. [CHS]
