DJC is reporting that a 23-story Hilton Embassy Suites Hotel will take over the eastern half of Stadium Place, a 1,500,000-square-foot, mixed-use project near Century Link Field in Pioneer Square.
The hotel will be designed by Freiheit and Ho Architects and joins a a 10-story building and 25-story South Tower already in the works. The 25-story tower includes multistory glass-clad boxes that look stacked jaggedly on top of one another. A 20-story condo tower and office tower are also planned.
