In the battle to be in charge of the $300 million redevelopment of Yesler Terrace, our corporate real estate overlords Vulcan are the victors. They beat out Forest City of Los Angeles for the bid and will now begin negotiating to be the Seattle Housing Authority's partner in this audacious redesign of South Seattle's public-housing project.
