Make September 1957's 'Home Of The Month' Yours For $730K

Tucked away on a 10K+ square-foot lot in Montlake, this mid-century, Northwest Contemporary home was the Seattle Times's "Home of the Month" in September 1957. Built by noted architect Hawley Adelbert Dudley to be his personal residence, it's no wonder so much care was taken. While it's been updated since, you can still see what made this single-level floor plan shine. Tons of space out back between a patio, deck, garden, greenhouse and more. Easy flow from the front to inside the house and back, creating a kind of one-with-nature feeling even as you're cozy inside.
