When quarterback Matt Flynn signed with the Seattle Seahawks in 2012, he was supposed to be the long-term answer in town. So naturally, he plunked down $1.225M on a 4-BR home in Issaquah. Then Russell Wilson happened. Long-story short, Flynn's now plying his wares in Oakland. As he goes, so goes that house, which Flynn just closed on for $1.33M (listed for $1.39M).
The lodge-style retreat is located on nearly seven acres and comes with a spacious gourmet kitchen, a spa-inspired master suite, a five-car garage with shop, and a wine room. There's also a "man cave" with a pool table, bar and flat screen TV. We're guessing Matt's taking those display footballs in the study with him. Oh well, can't have everything.
