Capitol Hill Building Under Review Tonight

Plans for a Hewitt designed, new mixed use building to be built in Capitol Hill are going in front of a review board tonight. As first reported by Capitol Hill Seattle Blog, the proposed property would be seven stories located at 515 Harvard Ave E.

The Developer, Maria Barrientos, is proposing 59 market-rate apartments, 14 affordable units, and 900 square feet of cafe space on the ground level. There are plans for underground parking, that would include 65 spaces, as well. The review meeting for this proposal will be tonight at 8:00pm, at seattle Univerity in the Admissions & Alumni Community Room (901 12th Ave).
