Zillow came out with a list of the top trick-or-treating cities in the country, and Seattle came in fifth on the list. To help them determine the rankings they used four variables; Zillow Home Value Index, population density, Walk Score, and local crime data.

For each city they broke down the five best neighborhoods, with Loyal Heights taking the number one spot in Seattle. The other neighborhoods that round out Seattle's top five are Phinney Ridge, Wallingford, Madison Park, and Bryant. Do you agree with Seattle's top five? Which neighborhoods in Seattle do you think are best for trick-or-treating?
