Have some artwork that might look good along the Elliott Bay Seawall? The city of Seattle is interested to take a look at it and they've got a $1 million budget to back up their interest. Since the seawall is currently being redeveloped and all public construction projects in Seattle need to include art that is equal to one percent of the estimated cost of the project, the city is giving artists the chance to submit their work for consideration.
