The Washington State Chapter of NAIOP (North American International Office Property) recently announced the nominees for their annual Night of the Stars awards, given out to the best and brightest developments and renovations in the area. The Harley & Lela Franco Maritime Center on Harbor Island is one of the five nominees for Office Development of the Year. Curbed got a chance to take a tour of the 45,000 square-foot, four-story, LEED Gold-certified office building to find out just what made it worthy of the honor. Our tour included the open multistory daylight atrium, seven shared conference spaces, a 2,000 square foot training space, large outdoor deck overlooking the water and more. Check out the photos to see what we saw.
