Back in May we told you about Hunters Capital plan to create a seven-story mixed-use project at 501 E. Pike St. in Capitol Hill. A major concern with the old Capitol Hill auto row building was whether or not any of the historic charm would be kept intact. Recent renderings reveal plans by developers to preserve the facade of the current building and adding on to it vertically rather than starting from scratch. Residential unit plans have been scaled back from 105 to 89, while the rest of the space will be office & retail.
