It's official! The Pacific Tower at 1200 12th Ave. S., which has basically sat empty ever since Amazon moved out in 2011, will be the new home of the Seattle Central Community College health-training programs as well as a host of nonprofits. The 30-year lease, which was first noted in August, has finally been signed. Said one of the new tenants, "We'll be opening up a bottle of sparkling cider." [Seattle Times]
