Downtown Waterfront Residential Projects Keep On Coming

The race to turn every open space created by the impending removal of the Alaskan Way Viaduct into some kind of residential or mixed-use property is on. Joining the fray is Goodman Real Estate, who has unveiled plans to build a seven-story apartment building at 84 S Main St. The new project will replace the Argens Building, which was home to Argens Safe and Lock Co. until earlier this year (R.I.P.).

Meanwhile, Mack Urban, the developer formerly known as Harbor Urban, is moving forward with a 16-story, 165-unit mixed-use project at 1301 Western Ave.
