For those of us who spent all of 2013 scanning real estate listings, we've come across some great ones and we've come across some truly terrible ones. We've been wondering which were the listings that resonated most with searchers and buyers. Well, Redfin recently published the top three most popular Seattle homes on their site in 2013. These properties received more daily page views than any other homes.
Redfin notes that the three homes share a few common characteristics. They all include good listing photos, a reasonable price, good neighborhood, desirable features and are located near good schools.
Now let's meet them.
