Right now, the two parcels of land between 13th and 14th on Jefferson St. in First Hill include a parking lot and vacant one-story building. All of that is going bye-bye to make room for 1315 Jefferson, a four-story building consisting of 32 residential units, 2,900 square feet of retail and 16 below-grade parking stalls. Check out some renderings of the complex being prepped by Revolve Development and Schack A&D. The project is currently in the recommendation phase of the design review process.
