Yesterday we peeped the 10 Most Expensive Seattle Home Sales of 2013. Now it's the condos' turn. Below you'll find a list of the 10 most expensive Seattle condos sold in 2013. We're not mapping it since there's a lot of building overlap. Clearly, it was a very good year for the folks at Escala, Four Seasons and 1521 Second Avenue.
