Originally, Vulcan proposed a six-story, 194,000 sq. ft. building at 400 Ninth Ave. N. in South Lake Union. Now, they want to build a 12-story building with 312,643 sq. ft. of office space, 6,000 sq. ft. of retail and underground parking to accommodate 318 vehicles. They're also asking for a rezone limit from 85 feet to 240. Vulcan has big plans, you guys. Big, big plans. [Seattle Times]
