Parking Rate Showdown

In March, we're gonna park in the Chinatown International District like it's 2009! That's because Mayor McGinn has agreed to take parking rates in the neighborhood back down to their previous ones after local business owners and community leaders complained about how their businesses have suffered. The new-old rates will be $1.50 an hour between 5-8 p.m., down from $2.50/hour. [Seattle Times]
