160 feet. That's roughly the limit that many Seattle City Councilmembers want to cap the South Lake Union rezone at. They recently put the kibosh on Vulcan's plans for a trio of 240-foot towers. The council is expected to vote March 18 to find a balance on new towers that will bring in retail/office space while also fitting with the neighborhood. [PSBJ]
