The Puget Sound Industrial market is continuing to add square feet. There were 587,878 square feet of Industrial space under construction at the end of the fourth quarter 2012, according to CoStar Group. Notable completions by the end of 2012 include: Majestic Glove, a 111,000-square-foot facility and Norpro Building B, a 34,100-square-foot building. [CoStar Group]
