Hoichi Kurisu-Designed Garden Highlights $2.4M Magnolia Home

When not busy supervising the construction of the Portland Japanese Garden or winning a "Healthcare Environment Award for Landscape Design" award with his work at the Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital, Hoichi Kurisu took time to design the thoughtful, serene garden that you walk through on your way to this 4-BR, 3-bath home in Magnolia that just entered the market at $2.4M.

Kurisu's landscape design included a fence and Japanese style gate surrounding the street-side, making for an intimate walk-through.

Attempting to maintain the simple beauty that precedes it, the waterfront home features walls of windows, tri-level decks, vaulted ceilings, oak plank floors and a spa overlooking the garden.
