Wildflowers won't be the only thing growing upward in a long-empty Harvard Ave lot in Capitol Hill very soon. Maria Barrientos has plans to develop a seven-story, 75-unit building with underground parking for 24 vehicles and will present it to the design review board in May. [CHS]
