If your favorite local liquor store doesn't have your booze of choice, you'll have to drive at least 20 miles to check it another one does. That's if the Liquor Control Board gets what it wants as a way to offset the "mini-mart loophole" of Initiative 1183. 170 liquor license applicants will now have to fight over 20 or so new liquor store spots across Washington.
