At 654-units, the Via6 apartment project in downtown Seattle, is a bear of a building to try and fill. And since beginning pre-lease in October and opening its doors in February, 280 of the units have been leased, over 40%.
In a release, developers of the two-tower, 18-story project at 2121 Sixth Ave say they expect over 1,000 people to eventually call it home. Helping matters will be the appeal for Amazon workers to live across the street from the new 3.3-million-square-foot office campus currently in the works.
