258-Unit Building Bringing Something New To Old Bellevue

SRM Development will soon begin construction on a long-gestating 258-unit complex on the corner of Bellevue Way and Main Street in Old Bellevue that's been revived in the post-recession residential building boom.

The mixed-use building will also include roughly 32,000 square feet of ground floor retail space.

Formerly home to a KFC restaurant, a Goodyear store and the Mustard Seed Tavern, the space was recently sold by Frontier Renewal for an undisclosed sum.

SRM is also the company behind the upcoming Google campus expansion in Kirkland, amongst other projects.
