McCaw Family Sells Two Union Station Buildings For $96.9M

New, 1 comment

605 Union Station and 625 Union Station, two of the five buildings that make up South Lake Union's five-building Union Station campus, were sold by the McCaw Family for a combined $96.9 million, per PSBJ.

The buildings were purchased for $84.9 million back in 2000.

Both buildings are almost entirely occupied. Amazon used to call them home but these days Getty Images, Intel and Double Down Interactive are the major tenants. As you probably figured, Vulcan also owns one of the other Union Station buildings.
