Your mom and dad will have a new place to stay when they come visit you in 2016. Seattle-based Ariel Development announced Tuesday that they'll be building a new Hyatt Place hotel at 19518 International Boulevard in SeaTac. The hotel will include 150 rooms, roughly 3,000 square feet of meeting space and all the usual amenities such as a pool and fitness room. Linardic Design Group Architects will be designing the building. Tell your parents to book soon!
