The 23-story Pacific Building was sold Thursday for $35.45 million, per PSBJ. Boston-based private equity firm Rockpoint Group was the buyer.

Built in 1971, the 274-foot tower in the heart of Seattle's Central Business District contains 130,500 rentable square feet, a quarter of which is currently available.

The building, which is currently home to Top Pot Doughnuts, was bought for $34 million in 2007.
