Broker Fail

Hey, look, things happen. You buy a 4,000 square-foot, waterfront home in Fauntleroy for $1.7M in 2009 as a retreat for you and your spouse. Life is good. But then things don't always work out and a few years later you're forced to put the house on the market for $3.75M. It's not idea but at least you get to walk away with your dignity intact. And then your broker tells the world "divorce has forced the sale of this dream home." [Estately]
