The 41-unit Elliott Bayview Apartments in Queen Anne's Uptown neighborhood recently sold for for $14.65M. Via PSBJ, at $518 per square foot, that would make it "the most paid for a Seattle multi-family property of less than 100 units."
The buyer was 17910 Burbank Limited Liability Co., which is managed by Mapleton Real Estate of California.
The building is currently half-leased. According to Dupre + Scott Apartment Advisors, average Queen Anne rent is $2.51 per square foot.
