Seems like every time we talk about the Seattle Design Review Board or the review process, it's an approval. Well as a reminder that they actually do pay attention in these meetings, the East Design Review Board shot down plans for a six-story, 70-unit apartment complex that CHS lovingly refers to as the Taco Time building (the TT family owns the land & project).
Developers will be making their third attempt at getting designs approved in late May.
