The New York Times recently took a trip around America to find out what you can get for $1M in different cities. One of their stops was Seattle and they featured this 1-BR at 14036 38th Ave NE in Cedar Park. How does a 1-BR warrant a million-dollar price tag? It's the potential that comes with a refurbished, 1932-built woodsy cottage on a 10,225 square-foot lot with the option to create one or two more bedrooms in the basement. This "in-city oasis" was originally listed for $1.08M but came down 8% in May.
