At least, for Legacy Partners Residential, who is currently considering putting the complex at the southwest corner of Northeast 10th Street and 108th Avenue Northeast, per PSBJ. Plans call for a 19-story tower, 6,000 square feet of retail space and both underground and ground-level parking. A pre-application meeting is scheduled for June 13 with the city.
