Via PSBJ, a half-acre Capitol Hill parking lot on 11th Avenue just south of E. Pike Street has been sold, although no one seems to know how much it was sold or what the new owners have in store for it. The only name linked to the limited liability company that purchased the land is Sidney Andrews, who we're guessing is the same Sidney Andrews who is president of Commonwealth Commercial Real Estate.
The land is directly across the street from a lot that is being turned into a five-story, mixed-use office building. Don't be too surprised if it's more of the same.
