The Five Least Expensive Houses for Sale in Wallingford

New, 1 comment

This week we're checking out the five least expensive houses for sale in Wallingford. Boundaries are set by the realtors. We didn't include any property that's currently in contract and we left out condos cause we're sticking to houses and townhouses. A friendly reminder: read the fine print, as some of these abodes have strings attached.

Address: 2143 N Northlake Wy, Unit 01
Asking price: $299K
Size: 550 sq. ft.
Rooms: 1-BR, 1-bath
The skinny: It's Wallingford so of course there's a floating home involved. Built in 1986, it's got some wear and tear but it's a cute-looking unit with potential. Also comes with additional moorage for another boat.

Address: 1612 N 36th St
Asking price: $439K
Size: 1,180 sq. ft.
Rooms: 3-BR, 2-bath
The skinny: This remodeled duplex feels like a quintessential Wallingford home. With two separate units, 1-BR upstairs and 2-BR downstairs, it makes for a good investment or rental.

Address: 4507 A Woodland Park Ave N
Asking price: $455K
Size: 1,520 sq. ft.
Rooms: 3-BR, 2-bath
The skinny: On the newer-side, this townhome seems like an ideal family spot. Minutes from Woodland Park and right in the middle of schools, athletics fields, restaurants, etc.

Address: 5426 Green Lake Way N
Asking price: $488K
Size: 1,700 sq. ft.
Rooms: 3-BR, 1.75 bath
The skinny: Some might consider this Craftsman bungalow in Green Lake but either way it's a prime location. Nice mix of original charm (hardwood & fir floors) with updated, energy-efficienct features.

Address: 340 NE 55th St.
Asking price: $495K
Size: 1,460 sq. ft.
Rooms: 3-BR, 2-bath
The skinny: Another one that's on that unofficial Green Lake/Wallingford border, this house has maintained an aged exterior but looks to have been updated well on the inside.
