Puget Sound Reprographics currently calls 3601 Greenwood Ave. N in Fremont home. They might be on the move soon now that an LLC registered to John Graham of Graham Capital Group is planning an apartment building there. According to description submitted to the Design Review Board, the four-story structure would include 67 residential units above 3,500 square feet of commercial space. Parking for 16 vehicles would also be included. The current buildings on the property would both be demolished. A review meeting will take place July 22 at 6:30 p.m. at Ballard High Library.
