Maybe it's just us but we expected to see a whole lot of chaos and hustle going on in the kitchen photos for Unit 1202 at 1009 Western Ave, which hit the market a couple weeks ago for $1.189M. That's probably because of who the sellers are, Chris & Alice Canlis. The longtime owners of Seattle's premiere restaurant have handed those reigns over to their sons and now they're ready to hand off their home to someone else (though since they paid $825K in 1999 for it, they're also looking to make a tidy profit as well). The Waterfront Place two-floor penthouse obviously comes with amazing views but we're loving that upstairs office loft and garden-lined deck above downtown Seattle as well.
