Downtown Seattle's Wells Fargo Center Sells For $390M

The Wells Fargo Center, Seattle's ninth-tallest building at 47-stories, was sold by Beacon Capital Partners to an undisclosed buyer for $390M last Friday. Callahan Capital Partners is rumored to be the buyer, per PSBJ.

Located at 999 3rd Ave., the building contains 983K rentable square feet, almost 300K of which is currently available. The sale is the biggest of the year so far in Puget Sound, but well short of last year's $548.8M purchase of the 1201 Third Avenue Building.
