Remember when we said Pioneer Square had big plans for a high-tech public toilet? We weren't kidding. Developer Greg Smith is footing the bill for a $90,000 public toilet in return for the right to build a taller building. The loo will be at the west end of the "sinking ship" parking garage, off James and Cherry streets. [PSBJ]
